The Familienhörbuch gGmbH works with a core team (9 permanent employees, the equivalent of 5.2 full-time positions) and around 100 freelancers and 20 volunteers. The focus is on our audio biographers and sound designers who produce the family audiobooks with a lot of experience and sensitivity. We work remotely at nationwide locations. Through this lean, project-related structure, we ensure an impact-oriented and mindful handling of the donations entrusted to us.
