The process - how it works

Submit railway data

Whether via an interface to your OBE or via a manually generated data export - we can process your railway data from a variety of sources. Our system then checks the data for delays and determines claims for compensation.

Claim claims

We request established claims from the responsible railway companies for you. Without the intervention of travellers or travel management – even up to 365 days retroactively!
