Cancer has shaped my life from an early age and some time ago I also lost my mother to this disease far too early. When I discovered the family audiobook at yes!con 2024, I was immediately touched and knew that I wanted to get involved in this special project. Today, in addition to my work as a research assistant at the German Cancer Society, I support the family audiobook on a voluntary basis in the field of PalliativePlus as well as in accompanying research.
