The courage with which the participants open up to tell their story impresses me again and again. I get to know a stranger intensively for a short time, I laugh and cry, sink into the stories, listen to the advice of the children and remember many moments from my own childhood and youth. In the recordings I hear again and again how grateful and happy the participants are to capture their vivid memories for their children. For me, as part of the team, a very meaningful and touching work.
