I want to help people capture their memories in the form of an audiobook. I hope that everyone who takes the time to record an audiobook will find the recording days an enrichment of their lives. I know that the recordings create an overwhelming, unique audiobook that will have lost none of its present radiance in 30 or 50 years. No other medium manages to capture a person and his life so approachable, personal and original. I am on the road as an audio biographer for the family audiobook because it is too deeply human and meaningful an activity. For many years I have been working at the interface between radio, music and ethnology. I was born in Karl-Marx-Stadt (now Chemnitz) and have lived in Halle an der Saale and Frankenberg (Saxony) for over 20 years.
