After my studies as a graduate journalist in Dortmund and Washington, D.C. , and a traineeship at Westdeutscher Rundfunk, I have been working as a freelance radio journalist for more than 20 years. Especially for the ZDF as editor of the children's news program logo! and for the ARD as author of radio features.

My latest radio story ‘The Voice That Remains’ is about family audiobooks – told to children. I love to travel, cook and eat with friends and read books by Robert Seethaler or Taiye Selasi with great pleasure. My first family audiobook was in English – a South African father took it with me for his young son.
