Dr. Ulrich Strauch and Johannes Thoss take part as ultracycling two-man team at this year's Transcontinental Race part. They collect in this framework for a good cause (the Duchenne Foundation and Familienhörbuch gGmbH). 4,000 kilometers and 40,000 meters of altitude are in front of them. The routes lead across Europe. The participants are unaccompanied and have to take care of themselves on the track. It will start on 21 July 2024.

Uli, who has contributed the family audiobook as a donation goal, knows for personal reasons about the value of an audio gift. His wife is currently writing a family audiobook herself.
