My work is usually about teaching scientific concepts and looking at ethical issues. I am happy about the opportunity to work in a completely different way – on the very personal level of stories and memories, in order to create something that remains in an impossible situation for dear people. As the father of a young son who is the light of my life and a member of a palliative care patient with whom I have recorded a series of very personal conversations, I understand the value of the project Family Audiobook only too well.
